Product Application:
Self-Hardening Furan Resin is suitable for molding and core making of cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. It can also be customized depends on the requirements of customers to develop the right type.

Use parameter:

1.Sand: resin: curing agent=100:2:1 (weight ratio), Actual use is slightly lower
2. The sand
First add the curing agent into the raw sand and mix for 30-60 seconds. Then add the resin and mix for 30-60 seconds
3. After sand mixing, please immediately shape or core to avoid resin failure

Packaging and storage

Sealed in plastic drums of 1 ton net weight, stored in a cool and dry place to avoid heat and direct sunlight;Resin can not be directly mixed with curing agent and other acidic materials, otherwise it will cause violent reaction, causing accidents.
