Silicon metal is widely used in refractory materials, powder metallurgy industry, is an excellent antioxidant.  Adding silicon metal in refractory can react with oxygen first, forming a new mineral phase to seal pores, improve density, prevent the infiltration of slag iron, to improve the product's high temperature resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance.  Therefore, it is widely used in refractory materials such as steelmaking furnaces, kilns and kiln tools.

In metallurgical casting industry, silicon metal is used as the additive of non-ferrous alloy and silicon steel alloy agent to improve the hardenability of steel.  Silicon metal can also be used as a reducing agent for some metals, for new ceramic alloys, etc.  Our factory can provide various specifications and models of silicon metal blocks, particles, powder materials according to customer requirements.

Remarks: 1. Metallurgical silicon refers to the industrial silicon used in metallurgy to prepare various alloys such as aluminum and silicon, and chemical silicon refers to the industrial silicon used in making organic silicon after chemical treatment.

2, the silicon content of 100 minus the specified components of iron, aluminum, calcium and other impurities sum later determined

3, "-" in the table means that the impurity is not subject to individual restrictions, but must be analyzed, and the analysis results are reported in the quality certificate.

4 If there are special other requirements: need to analyze the impurity elements not specified in the table, need to chemical silicon crystal condition requirements can be separately agreed by the supply and demand parties
